Return Policy

To request a return, please first contact our customer service at service@finelineapp.com within 30 days after you receive the parcel. Please include your order number in your email. Our customer service team will provide you with specific return instructions and the authorized return address. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item. We do not accept merchandise for return unless items are defective or damaged due to seller error, in which case they will be replaced (subject to availability) or refunded at the buyer's discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, packed well in the same condition that you received it, and in a re-saleable state. It must also be in the original packaging. Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Shipping Costs: Unless the goods are defective or wrongly delivered, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee paid by the customer is non-refundable.

Return Process: After you send the parcel, please provide the tracking (air bill) number and clear photos of the returned package to our customer service. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within seven working days. Please note that the refund amount will exclude the original shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers:
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at service@finelineapp.com before the withdrawal period expires. You can then return the goods within this period. We will process your refund using the original payment method within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Partial refunds may be granted in situations including, but not limited to:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not caused by the seller.

  • The item is returned more than 14 days after receipt.

Non-Refundable Situations (if applicable):
Returns will be rejected and refunds cannot be issued in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Returns without the original packaging and documentation.

  • Items where the original packaging box is opened or damaged.

  • If the return parcel is lost in transit and the seller never receives it.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@finelineapp.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at service@finelineapp.com.

General Shipping Notes:
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. Customers are generally charged only once for shipping costs (including returns), and no restocking fees are charged for returned products. If a buyer cannot receive the ordered parcel after 3 months, the buyer should contact the seller for a solution.
